Concerning my recent article in The Hayride about Congressman Steve Scalise
Hello all,
I wanted to bring some interesting news to the Louisiana First Standard audience. Last week, I published a hard-hitting article on The Hayride criticizing Congressman Steve Scalise.
For those who don’t know, my US Congressman Steve Scalise helped stop the deportation of an illegal alien in New Orleans. My article described this untenable situation and criticized Scalise for his weak stance on illegal immigration:
For context, the illegal alien in question overstayed her student visa from over forty years ago. Consequently, federal authorities (ICE) detained this illegal alien for breaking immigration law:
Last month, the New Orleans branch of ICE arrested an illegal alien living in the city who had overstayed her student visa by over forty years. Despite breaking immigration laws and refusing to self-deport, this Iranian national decided to remain in New Orleans in open defiance of federal law.
However, the wild part of the story is that Republican state rep. Stephanie Hilferty encouraged US Congressman Steve Scalise to intervene for this illegal alien. Scalise has publicly admitted that he encouraged the Trump administration to not deport this illegal alien:
But the reality is that Kashanian not only broke immigration laws, she also committed marriage fraud by attempting to marry an American citizen despite her illegal status.
In 2025, we can expect “Louisiana Last” media conglomerates and local liberals to come to the defense of illegal aliens. But what’s truly shocking is how a pair of notable Republican politicians in Louisiana have played a major role in defending this illegal alien from deportation.
As you can probably guess, my article criticizing Congressman Scalise ruffled some feather locally— as telling the truth often does. In fact, a longtime political publication LA Politics Weekly shared a snippet of my recent article in The Hayride.
Here is how LA Politics Weekly mentioned my article:
The good news is that other outlets are starting to discover our “Louisiana First” views via my articles on The Hayride. So, lets’ hope that this positive trend continues and that more people find out about the Louisiana First Standard!
Thank you all for reading, and may Christ Jesus bless the state of Louisiana! Only Louisiana First!
