We here at the Louisiana First Standard substack are glad to report another successful week on the Twitter/X. The Louisiana First Standard has gained roughly a dozen followers in the past week—with a total now of over 70 followers.
The LA First Standard Twitter account has also started gaining more engagement this week. One post from Saturday received over 700 impressions—including 7 reposts and 22 likes.
Overall, the recnt growth of the Louisiana First Standard’s social media accounts is exciting, and I look forward to continue sharing the “Louisiana First” agenda online moving forward.
Without further ado, let’s take a look at Louisiana news from this past week!

*FYI: this tweet is the most viral post from the Louisiana First Standard account to-date
2. NFL announces “Supplier Diversity” program that openly discriminates against businesses locally-owned by straight-white males
3. 25 murders occur in the first 50 days of 2024 in New Orleans
4. The New Orleans Police Department enters in 11th year under a Consent decree

Lagniappe: Dustin Granger displays his ignorance about LA politics
Failed Louisiana treasurer candidate Dustin Granger is one of our least favorite political figures, and Granger has been extra-annoying on Twitter recently.
In recent days, Granger has mainly complained the Louisiana Legistature’s 2nd special session and the Legislature’s hard stance against Louisana’s crime issues. He then made a super ignoratn claim that I had to call out. Granger wrongly claimed that Republicans have controlled the Louisiana Legislature for decades.
I responded by showing that Republicans only gained a major in the Louisiana Legislature (both the Senate & House) in 2011. That means Republicans have only controlled Louisiana’s Legislature for 13 years. Also, 8 of those 13 were under a Democrat Governor (i.e. John Bel Edwards).
So clearly, Dustin Granger is ignorant about Louisdiana politics. This clown gained over 230k last fall in the LA Treasurer’s election, yet he does not even know basic facts about Louisiana politics.
Fortunately, Dustin Granger has no future in Louisiana politics and is only relegated to bellyaching on Twitter/X for the foreseeable future.
Anyways, thank you all for reading, and may Christ Jesus bless the state of Louisiana! Only Louisiana First!
