Hello all,
This past week was certainly an entertaining one on Twitter/X for the Louisiana First Standard account. The LAFS Twitter account shared several pieces of breaking news in the Louisiana political sphere, and we also called out some an inane post from former RINO Louisiana state rep Tanner Magee. So, there’s plenty to cover in this week’s edition of the “Tweets of the Week in Louisiana politics” series.
With that background out of the way

#2 LA Governor Jeff Landy hosts press conference related to the potential Constitutional Convention next month

Lagniappe:
-Arguing with former RINO Louisiana Legislators Tanner Magee and Rick Ward
Last week, I saw an ignorant post from former LA House Speaker Pro Temp Tanner Magee. Magee insinuated that Louisiana’s potential economic growth is based on music and sports. Consequently, I pointed out how inane this assumption is in my own repost of his original tweet,
Then, former RINO LA state Senator Rick Ward came to Magee’s defense by personally attacking my account for being “anonymous”—even though it is not. I then posted Rick Ward’s own unflattering profile picture. To no one’s surprise, Rick Ward didn’t have the courage to defend his poor physical health.
This whole exchange reveals just how pathetic many of Louisiana’s politicians are. Louisiana does not produce the most intelligent or impressive elected officials.
Here’s the full exchange if you’re looking for a good laugh:
Anyways, thank you all for reading, and may Christ Jesus bless the state of Louisiana! Only Louisiana First!
